The manufacturer warrants all products against defects in material and workmanship during the warranty of the product. This warranty applies only if the product is used as recommended. The warranty does not apply if damage to the product is inflicted by, misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, fire, vandalism, alteration, improper installation, or Acts of God.

The manufacturer shall not be liable for any incidental and or consequential damages including but not limited to, damage resulting from the use or installation of the product. Fading of paint or material coloration differences are not covered by this warranty.

Please inspect the product when received to ensure that its condition is satisfactory. If there are any issues and or concerns with the product please contact us immediately, all issues and or concerns with the product must be resolved before attempting to install. By installing the product it verifies that it has been received in satisfactory condition, and may limit the extent to which warranty may be claimed on the product.

Product that is proved to be defective will either be repaired or replaced at the manufacturers option. This warranty only covers the cost of repairing or replacing the defective part. The warranty does not cover any and all costs for removal, re-installation, painting, shipping or any other incidental charges.

CARBON FIBER HOODS AND TRUNKS ARE INTENDED FOR COMPETITION AND SHOW USE ONLY. HOOD PINS ARE REQUIRED ON ALL HOODS.
Carbon Fiber Hoods and Trunks are covered by a limited 90 day warranty, to the original purchaser only, to perform satisfactory when used as recommended.

Important: For hoods with part number starting with CFHMS warranty is only good if there are any fitment problems for up to 7 days after receipt of hood. So if there are any fitment problems, should be noticeable within 7 days for these Hoods in specific.
